As I sit here writing this blog, I look back on the last three years and my heart swells. I’m so happy at how far we’ve come, I’m humbled by the support and love you’ve shown us, and I’m hopeful for the things to come.
Being a quilt shop owner is nothing like I’ve ever imagined it would be … it’s so much better!
When you work at a quilt shop, you get to see it all: the triumphs, the struggles, the planning, the making, and most of all, the love that goes into these wonderful works of art !
Whether it is your first quilt, or your 100th, the uncertainty of just how your projects are going to turn out makes it a journey. Thank you for letting us join you on your journeys.
When I purchased the shop, I had a set of goals I was hoping to attain. Some were short term (within a year): new inventory system, new accounting software, grow the inventory, etc. And some were long term (within 10 years): buy 2 longarms, grow into a larger space, my own office . I have now blown pass all of them!
But don’t let that scare you. I have a brand new set of goals we are working towards. We can’t wait to have you join us on OUR journey !
There are so many thanks to be given to all that have helped us grow into what we are today. My family, the staff, my friends and most of all our customers !

You have encouraged me to try new things in the quilting world, and accomplished getting me in a sew day once in a while.
