SERGER  BASICS  Level 1   -   Beginner

updated variation has stayed true to its strong graphic

Take your machine quilting up a notch and join us to learn the basics of ruler work          on a Domestic Sewing Machine.  Participants must be comfortable doing free motion

quilting on a domestic machine. This is so much fun!

Quilting will never be the same! You can use the Creative Grid Rulers by                   Angela Walters or Westalee Rulers. A ruler foot is required for the Westalee Rulers.

Discover the "crazy" way of making stars - no precise

matching points and no paper piecing. Just layer your fabrics, cut through all of them at once, and shuffle the deck to easily create stunning stars. This can also be made into a large quilt.

Guidelines for Choosing classes:


      Beginner  ~  a person with little or no quilting/rotary

cutting/piecing experience.

      Beginner/Intermediate  ~  a person with quilting/

rotary cutting/piecing experience. 

      Intermediate  ~  a person with sewing/quilting/

rotary cutting/piecing  experience, knows how to add

borders & binding or has completed our Beginner’s Class.

      Advanced  ~  a person with knowledge of piecing,

angles, cutting, curved seams and finishing details of a quilt.
